iOS Device:
1. Press your Home button twice.
2. All your open apps will be displayed. You can swipe to see each of them.
3. Swipe the app you wish to close upward. That's it.
4- Now reopen the application and check if you received your credits

Android Device:
NOTE: Instructions may vary depending on what Android you have

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Select "Applications"
3. Tap on "Manage Application
4. Choose the appropriate app to "Force-Stop"
5. Go back into game app

How do I update my game

For Apple (iOS) devices:

1. Open your App Store by tapping on the icon from your homescreen
2. Go to the "Updates" tab
3. Find the game from the list, and tap on the "Update" button.

For Android Devices:

1. Open the Google Play Store by tapping on the icon from your homescreen
2. Go to menu then select "My Apps"
3. Find and tap the game application from the list, and tap on the "Update" button.

Troubleshooting Steps

Depending on which Mobile Device you are using, many issues (i.e. Loading, crashing, Missing Features, Sync-ing of Game) can be resolved in the following ways:

Check your Internet connection

Make sure that your device is connected through WiFi, 3G, 4G or LTE.
If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on. Additionally, try not to play too far away from it, as you may lose the WiFi signal.

Restart your device
Make sure you have the latest version of your app installed from the iTunes App Store.
Force close unnecessary background apps.
Restart your app by force-closing it:

iOS 7 (or higher):
Press your Home button twice quickly.
All your open apps will be displayed. Swipe left or right to locate your app
Swipe up the app's preview image.
Return to the Home screen and re-start the Game app

Android
Go to "Settings" > "Applications" > "Manage Applications"
Select the app and tap "Force-Stop"
Return to the Home screen and re-start the game app

If the issue persists, uninstall/re-install the app.
